ANSWER: 3 days a week....2 times being a minimum.
QUESTION: How many days a week should you train in order to achieve a Black Belt?
ANSWER: 3 to 5 days a week minimum.
QUESTION: Do I need any prior athletic or martial arts
experience to join your martial arts school?
ANSWER: Absolutely not. Just show up to class and our trained staff will
take care of the rest. Our courses are designed for beginners of all ages.
